Billy Biever is an originally Dutch comic, created by the Dutch Italian comic artist Rex Frediani. Beside the Billy Biever comics, Rex creates cartoons in a totally different style for business-to-business newsletters and books. Billy Biever is his first creation. A comic with a lot of different characters witch entertains al lot of readers!

The Comic book
